
Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) training for professionals
As a professional working in Bromley you can access 3 levels of RPC training.
This is bespoke training designed to meet the needs of the local workforce and based on our RPC resources.
Training 1
E-learning module on Reducing Parental Conflict awareness, accessible for all staff
Training 2
Face-to-face workshop for all professionals working directly with parents and children
Training 3
1 hour micro online learning sessions on reducing Parental Conflict for professionals
E-learning module on RPC
Free online RPC training, for professionals, which is convenient and includes interactive tools and videos.
The training offers information on:
- How to differentiate Parental Conflict from Domestic Abuse
- How to spot signs of parental conflict and its negative effects on children’s outcomes
- Where to effectively signpost families experiencing harmful levels of conflict

Steps to register
- Make sure you have access to your email before you register.
- Go to https://app.melearning.co.uk/auth/validate-key?registerKey=RGHTNDZY
- Enter all of your details.
- Enter the correct information in all of the fields using the drop-down arrow to select.
- Click ‘Sign up’.
- You will then receive an email with your username and password.
- Once registration is complete you will be able to log on to complete courses in future with your email address and password.
- On the home screen select ‘Browse Courses’ (this will show you all courses available).
- On the right of the course, you wish to complete click ‘View’.
- Complete equal opportunities form.
- Enrolment details – select ‘enrol’.
- Select ‘Launch’ – this will take you to the course to begin the training
